i can not get my 50 pound bt card and not sure why

I'm having the same issue. Every time I am prompted to redeem the card, it takes me to a login page which in turn redirects me to the MyBT homepage, without doing anything.

Having hunted around on other threads I can't find a way of solving this myself. Maybe one of the moderators can help?
