    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi All,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I signed up to BT Full Fibre 500 over a year ago but have yet to redeem the Xbox Gamepass offer, I've just tried an I'm receiving an error when clicking the 'Add' button after completing the CAPTCHA I just get an error message "&lt;SPAN&gt;Unable to process your request. Please try again." - does anyone know the best approach to resolve this? I thought I would ask here first before braving the phone lines.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Cheers&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
