      <description>&lt;P&gt;Our broadband was cut off 3 days ago by BT, no warning or logic. &amp;nbsp;Several hours of conversation with BT and it has been concluded that all we can do is apply for a new service. &amp;nbsp;Which we have done.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But &amp;nbsp;I’m told now that it will take 2 weeks for the reinstallation to take place. &amp;nbsp;Apparently this is because Openreach won’t change their fixed schedule. &amp;nbsp;Meantime we have poor 4G, and a busy farming and holiday business to run..bookings to take, security to be covered etc. &amp;nbsp;how can we expedite matters? &amp;nbsp;Nearly 3 weeks without broadband is a killer for our business.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
