Gamepass ultimate

I keep getting an errors when I try to add the gamepass ultimate to my package I was told I could activate it as soon I got the email stating to do so. I have tried multiple times since getting the email and get an error saying

Unable to process tour request please try again later whats going on with that ?

I’m having same problem , gone through my BT and email and and click everything to add on and get the same response.
