Hi there.

When I check-out at the BT/EE Shop, I'm asked if I qualify for any of the available discounts : BT Employee, BT Pensioner, BT Shareholder.

Do any similar discount options exist, when I electronically recontract through MYBT ?

These are discounts for employees those on a BT pension and shareholders

You then also have social tariff packages available for those that qualify

What I'm looking for, is the simplest way to recontract, within MYBT. Select 'Broadband', pick 'Call Package'; go to 'Check-Out', select 'Discount'; 'Sign-Up' & 'Finish'. Maybe, 'recontract' doesn't work that way: would be simple, if it did ?
