&lt;P&gt;This is just a customer to customer help forum, everyone here, including myself, are just customers.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The only BT Employees are the forum moderators.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Try calling 0330 1234 150&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You should get a final bill 7 days after &lt;STRONG&gt;all&lt;/STRONG&gt; services end. If there is any refund due, it will be credited back to the account that your Direct Debit comes from, so do not cancel it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>cancelled BT broadband but still being charged</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I cancelled my BT broadband by telephone on&amp;nbsp; 4 April 2024 and the last day was to be 3 May 2024. But I have just paid a bill which has included broadband up to 23 May 2024. When I log on to my BT account it is showing another bill will be taken at the beginning of June but it doesn't say how much this bill will be. Will I be refunded the broadband from 3 May to 23 May 2024 ? Should I cancel my direct debit now ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
