      <title>Xbox game pass - unable to process request</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I’ve recently upgraded my broadband to fibre. With this I was given free 6 months of game pass ultimate.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I only received the email 6 days ago so well within the 14 day period to activate.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;When trying to to redeem via ‘my products’ on BT site, it is saying ‘unable to process your request. Please try again’&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have done this via my phone web browser and on my laptop, it is still saying the above.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
