      <description>&lt;P&gt;so ordered fullfibre on 19/4/24got email saying 5 days work outside will be done in 3 days i am still waiting for outside work to be done have now been told it will be end of june possibly later what about full fibre is faster ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Welcome to this user forum for BT Retail phone and broadband customers.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What activation date has BT Retail given you for your new broadband package?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Any delays would be down to Openreach, especially if external work needs to be completed. That can take months.&lt;/P&gt;
