    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi &lt;SPAN style="background: var(--ck-color-mention-background); color: var(--ck-color-mention-text);"&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.bt.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/5522"&gt;@Ocean&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;, sorry you're having trouble getting service connected and can understand your frustration.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;When did you move to your new room?&lt;BR /&gt;Do you have an order placed to get service in your new room?&lt;BR /&gt;Even though it is within the same building this would be treated as a home move to move your line and broadband to your new room.&lt;BR /&gt;Did you speak with out Home Movers team? &lt;A href="https://www.bt.com/exp/moving-home" target="_blank"&gt;Moving home with BT | BT&lt;/A&gt; on 0800 783 0235 as they will be able to arrange the move for you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Landline Master Sicket</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;For weeks and weeks I have been asking BT to feed a landline and master socket into my room in a NURSING CARE HOME!&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;And for weeks they keep saying it can not be done!!!!!!&lt;BR /&gt;when I first came into the Home BT ARRANGED for an Engineer to put in a landline and master socket z(for my broadband)&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;I am now in a different room but BT will not arrange for an Engineer to lay a landline and master socket&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":pouting_face:"&gt;😡&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":pouting_face:"&gt;😡&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":pouting_face:"&gt;😡&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;I am at my wits end with BT……&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
