&lt;DIV class=""&gt;After thre months of asking to have Amazon prime removed from my TV service, the accountts area still shows that it is still open even thoughg Prime amazon has been removed successfully from my BT package.&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV class=""&gt;It is preventning me of checking any deals that BT/EE are offering me on the main site.&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV class=""&gt;Ay ideas what to do here ? Thanks in advance for any help&lt;/DIV&gt;
