Order still open (even though it was cancelled)

Regrade of broadband and EE TV

After thre months of asking to have Amazon prime removed from my TV service, the accountts area still shows that it is still open even thoughg Prime amazon has been removed successfully from my BT package.

It is preventning me of checking any deals that BT/EE are offering me on the main site.

Ay ideas what to do here ? Thanks in advance for any help

try contacting the billing team and they should be able to help https://www.bt.com/help/contact-bt/account-and-billing/broadband
