    <description>&lt;P&gt;In April I tried to access my landline bill using my usual user id and password but access was denied.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I changed my id to my plusnet email address and also changed my password.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since then I have been in a frustrating loop of:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"Nice, your bt id's activated, your new myBT account awaits. Just login with your BT id"&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;followed by:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"Your email is not yet verified or your password has not been set. Please check your inbox for a previously sent email.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you can't find that email you can request a new one" and so on, and so on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried customer services but to no avail.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
