hi what it 9is i keep getting emails and text messages about the reward i should be claiming but when i click on it it send to my log in once ive done that it just shows my bt account

It looks like you will need one of our billing agents to sort this for you. You can either call in today to have it sorted or I could send you a private message instead. It will take us a couple of days before we can get back to you though.
