Move to EE

Hello there, I will be moving all my stuff over to EE from BT at the end of the month.

Will I receive new EE gear such as the new TV box and broadband routers.? Or will I retain the same BT branded stuff.

Why not ask on the EE forum, as that is where you will be moving to.

EE is a separate company within the BT Group.

You will most likely receive EE equipment.

You will receive new EE broadband kit but the system recognises if you have BT Pro Box and shouldn’t send a replacement as they are the same kit under the hood.

This might be quite displeasing aesthetically for some!

I just gave them a call actually and they said a new EE TV box will be sent out so let’s see. Maybe they change their policy.

I'm only going by what EE staff (including mods here), have been telling other people on the EE community who have been asking the same question.

To be honest, no matter what anyone says, I think literally anything could happen right now, it all seems very fluid!
