I’m attempting to claim my gift card for signing up and I just get a blank screen….Arghhh…any suggestions?

Hi @NadGhani, sorry you're getting a blank screen when trying to claim your reward card.
Have you set up your BTID as the account holder?
If you're still unable to claim your reward get in touch with us on the 'Message now' option on this page: Broadband | BT Help and one of our guides will claim it for you.

Thanks you. I don’t think it has allowed me to. I started chatting to someone but then cut off 15 mins into a conversation

Not received my Amazon Welcome Voucher?

Hi, there was an incentive of Amazon vouchers when I signed up for my broadband, hover I have not received by voucher. I have raised this with customer services twice and I have had the broadband for a couple of months now. Anyone suggest what I should do?

Hello John, I called customer services again 3 weeks ago but still not had a response. Is there anyone else I can get in touch with?
