I’ve been sent about 4 texts and 4 different emails all saying my £50 BT reward card needs to be claimed. I’ve logged in so many times and looked everywhere but I can’t find it to claim it. Read all the faqs was on hold for 10 mins today then got cut off just as they answered. Where is the BT reward card for me to claim it?? I’ve looked everywhere.
