    <description>&lt;P&gt;The date on the tracking says 4th June, but when I click on it it say they are waiting to confirm? Is there a chance it gets activated earlier if it is ready or is the 4th a set in stone date now?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I ordered a 500Mbps deal and my order tracking is saying "The fibre network installation isn't complete". The openreach engineer was out yesterday and said everything is setup and I can order as soon as it goes green but recommended to wait till morning, so I did. The Wifi is down to take a couple weeks to be delivered so I was hoping this was just an admin error and it can be processed quicker? quite important as I work from home&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;have you tried connecting the BT hub to the ONT and see if hub goes blue&amp;nbsp; do you have an actual activation date&lt;/P&gt;
