      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Trying to link account on my BT but after entering the account number &amp;nbsp;it is asking to confirm my identity.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For your security we need to send you a pin&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please choose how you’d like to receive your PIN&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But that option is grey and it won’t allow anything to be input and the button doesn’t work.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
