BT WiFi upgrade

I am looking to Upgrade or boost I don't really know from my WiFi from Halo 3 to Full fibre 100. On the Halo 3 it says

You'll get a free upgrade to Full Fibre 100 as soon as it's available in your area

I am just wondering if this is a legit offer and what it would do to my monthly payments.

Would they increase? Is it a new contract I sign?

If anyone has done the same thing I would love to hear what happened with it.

I believe that the free upgrade to Full Fibre only applies to Halo 3+, not Halo 3.

If you do have 3+ then you should not pay more and will not have to recontract, no matter what BT tell you.

Full fibre promise...

Full fibre is not available here yet so can't comment on the mechanics of the process.

Couple of points:

You quoted Halo 3 but @Anonymous has linked to Halo 3+.

While the T&Cs for Halo3+ clearly state that you don't need to recontract, actually getting BT to honour that seems to be another matter.

Because the terms and conditions are on the same page, with Halo 3, first followed by 3+.

It doesn't help that the Terms & Conditions are lumped in together and that so many even exist!

I agree on the struggle to get BT to adhere to them, highly recommend saving them as a PDF.
