I need some help please

I have been awarded a refund and was assured that it would be with me by now. I have spoken to a lady on live chat she says that she can see that the refund has been processed - can anyone please help me with what sort of timescale they have had to wait for a refund please - just so I can see if I’m in for a long wait or it could be on its way to me as I am currently in desperate need of this refund

I believe refunds are generally placed on your account as credit. If you actually want money refunded, you have to request it from billing.

Yes I did request it to be paid into my bank account I think it was Thursday last week possibly Wednesday that’s why I thought I would have it by now

They quote 14 days for a final bill refund, but I don't know what timescale you could expect. But don't forget a day was lost through the Bank Holiday.
