      <title>Xbox game pass account managed by BT</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I used a 12 month game pass subscription that I got when signing up to my BT broadband contract.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This expired a while ago but I am unable to regain control of my game pass account from BT.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have called customer service but nobody was able to help! Does anyone have any ideas how to resolve this!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
