      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have spent the last 4 months asking BT to change the title on my bills from Miss to Mrs, something which they seem incapable of doing.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My title has been updated online but the paper bills show the wrong title.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;BT seem incapable of correcting this error.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How do I get them to change my title on my bills?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hopefully, one of the forum moderators can help.&amp;nbsp; I've phoned bt about 4 times and each time they told me it has been resolved. Then the next bill is produced to find it has not been resolved.&amp;nbsp; I'm honestly fed up talking to them and don't want to phone them again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;try contacting billing using message now and see if they can help you.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I would add that what appears to be a simple change is a change to account holder details which for security reasons is not just a simple change.&amp;nbsp; hopefully billing will help&lt;/P&gt;

I ended up making another complaint; which wasn't resolved but then I realised that you can reopen old complaints online - kept reopening the same complaint until it was resolved and today - finally. I have a bill with the correct title.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
