How to unlink BT and Discovery Plus

I only ever had BT sports with my BT account, now thats under TNT sports with Discovery I want to just go direct, I cant under Discovery as it says BT manage my account, and for some reason I appear to have two BT accounts and I cant edit either online as it keeps throwing up errors.
To simplify things I just want to go direct and pay via my Discovery Plus account, anyone know how I unlink the two?

The only BT Employees are the forum moderators, who may offer to help.

You can message BT using the "message us" links on the help pages. That is usually effective.
