&lt;P&gt;This is just a customer to customer help forum, everyone here, including myself, are just customers.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The only BT Employees are the forum moderators.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Try calling 0330 1234 150&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Daniel&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since switching back to BT broadband I can not see any account information on the website or app. I get a message saying sorry we can't get your account details right now and below it says we couldn't find any account details for that BTID. I have 3 separate BTIDs associated with my email address. Please can you assist in getting the previous accounts removed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
