    <description>ok, will do - I thought someone may have seen this before (cannot switch from an old expired account to current account in My BT)</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Rejoined BT FTTP and have been given a new account number (this is the third one)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Logging into the BT.com account, I am being directed to one of my two older accounts, and I cannot switch to my latest account number - hovering over the account number to switch shows me a 1 pixel drop down which cannot be clicked. Yes I've tried different browsers and phones.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So I can't switch to my current account number, and therefore cannot view the link to activate my XBox Pass.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has this happened to anyone else?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The solution is to contact chat, they will put you through to back office, who will either remove the old accounts from your login, or create a new login (new email address) which is attached to your latest account only - then the options in MyBT will work&lt;/P&gt;</description>
