Username email address

Hi My username email is no longer valid. My actual ( and only email address ) is my contact email address. I cannot change my username email address ( where BT send message to me - which is no longer valid ) to my actual email address because its already in use ( crazy ! ) can anyone help ?

This is just a customer to customer help forum, everyone here, including myself, are just customers.

The only BT Employees are the forum moderators, who may offer to help.

Try calling 0330 1234 150

You can message BT using the "message us" links on the help pages. That is usually effective.

Just create a Gmail address and use that.
