      <title>Issue trying to manage Broadband Products</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="batang,apple gothic"&gt;I'm not sure where to post this, but over recent weeks I have been unable to go to the Manage Broadband Products (I can manage my other products with no problem).&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;FONT face="batang,apple gothic"&gt;I now get a message saying:&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;H3&gt;"Sorry, we can’t get your account details at the moment&lt;/H3&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;P&gt;We’re trying to fix the problem at the moment. Please come back later."&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;FONT face="batang,apple gothic" size="3"&gt;This has been going on for some weeks, so I think there must be more going on.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="batang,apple gothic" size="3"&gt;Thanks for your help...&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
