Hi - another frustrated PureCard reward card sucker here - although I think it is Mastercard and they've sold a dud to BT. I up'd my speeds for about 50p a month and promise of a £75 reward card. The two weeks have passed and 2 days after that I got sent a link. I did everything I was supposed to but it would not accept my (BT!) mobile number and would not allow me to claim the card. Complaints to PureCard - six working days after their 3 working days promise - gone unanswered. Any ideas anyone?

This is just a customer to customer help forum, everyone here, including myself, are just customers and will not be able to deal with any issues relating to your account.

Select the 'message now' option on this link https://www.bt.com/help/contact-bt/account-and-billing/broadband to have a live chat with a billing guide, they'll get you sorted.
