Ultra boardband

How come Virgin can offer ultra boardband now in my area where as BT can’t offer me it ? Plus I take it I can’t leave BT until my contract is up ? Virgin have only just come to my area, CM1

Only Virgins services are available on Virgin Media’s network , so BT isn’t available on that network, same as everyone apart from Virgin themselves.

You obviously can join VM if that’s your wish , no one can stop you doing that , but if you are still within the minimum term of a the BT contract and leave , ( before the minimum term has expired ) you are liable to pay early termination charges
