    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks. Chatted to them online for over an hour. Initially they were very unhelpful (and for an advanced telecommunications company I was surprised at how bad their English grammar is lol), but they eventually agreed to mark it as returned and will issue a refund. Pretty shoddy customer service, overall. In all good conscience I couldn't possibly recommend BT to anyone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We can't find the proof of posting, but we have definitely returned the equipment, but we are going to be charged for it, which we're not happy about. Surely if it's been scanned in at the post office thus,should register on the BT system? Any advice?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
