phoned bt for a new deal for my broadband , agent found a cheaper deal with EE.

saving £5 a month. but I have lost the option of using the mini hub

which i have returned . the agent told me I would be getting a new EE hub which

turns out to be wrong . I have still got my bt mail address.

so if I get any issues with ee broadband do i still use this forum.

As you are now an EE customer, you need to post on the EE forum https://community.ee.co.uk/

EE are a separate company within the BT Group.
