£50 Reward Card signup bonus

I signed up for BT Broadband and received a £50 digital reward card signup bonus.

I've received multiple emails and texts with a link to claim the reward, but when I click it, it just takes me to the My BT homepage.

I've called BT customer services and they told me to call BT Reward Card Service team on 03448791068.

I rang them and they said they can't do anything with unclaimed rewards and told me to call BT customer services.

Can anyone help?

We have similar issue but for £75 reward card which is a credit card with credit loaded on to it like you do if you buy a store card. BT send link to someone else, their mistake, keyed in our email incorrectly.

After a few months of trying to sort bt said they would credit the £75 to our account as we did not want reward card which they were happy to do.

Now checking this bill nothing has been credited. now been hanging on for 20 mins

Most of these sign up rewards need you to be out of your cooling of period before they can be claimed, in case you claim it then cancel your contract.

If you are having issues with the link I would try a different browser or device and see if that helps - failing that I would give them a call and see what's what.
