When I log onto My.bt.com it says I have no subscriptions and there is nothing to cancel, whilst logging onto Discovery+ tells me I have a current Discovery+ via EE/BT subscription and that any changes to my subscription must be made with my BT account, but as mentioned above my BT account says I have no subscriptions.
