Unlink Expired BT Gamepass Offer from Xbox Account

My game pass ultimate from BT broadband promotion has expired recently but still shows as active on my Xbox account which is preventing me to play online/game pass ultimate related content and I cannot remove it on my side or Microsoft's side as it's done through BT's side and I need it removing off my Xbox account please
