      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi. I was supposed to get 12 months of gamepess with my renewed internet package.&amp;nbsp; when I go to MYBT I can not see it listed nor can I see content partners under manage my products.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;The forums indicate that I may have multiple accounts connected to my email.&amp;nbsp; i suspect it is an EE account since I created one the other day using my BT account, to see if they would offer me a better deal than staying with BT. (it was more expensive) &amp;nbsp; I can not even see Xbox in the add-ons section. could someone kindly help me to redeem my 12 month Gamepass.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;-Thanks, Liam&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Call the support line. They may need perform some works on your account or get a code out to you for your 12 months. May take up to 7 days or more .</description>
