    <description>&lt;P&gt;Is anybody else having issues with old account numbers on MyBT - just seems to keep automatically flitting between different older ones (despite me choosing my current one) and some tabs are fixed on older account numbers that I cannot change. I just want to see my current one for all tabs..&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi &lt;SPAN style="background: var(--ck-color-mention-background); color: var(--ck-color-mention-text);"&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.bt.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/337118"&gt;@george_alexandros&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;, you can't delete the old accounts from your BTID.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can either set up a new BTID with a different email address for your active account, or have your BTID deleted and you can set it up again 24hrs after the deletion is completed.&lt;BR /&gt;If you have another email address you can use for a new BTID for your active account you can set it up here: &lt;A href="https://my.bt.com/s/apps/appsconnectedcare/index.html#/createbtoneid" target="_blank"&gt;Create BT ID&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you don't have another email address you can use let me know.&lt;/P&gt;
