    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have for the last 2 days been trying different methods to try and signup for BT Broadband.&lt;BR /&gt;However it all goes wrong or prices it extortionality&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;So I am starting via the BlueLight website (but I have also tried directly on BT.com)&lt;BR /&gt;The link takes me to an affiliated link&lt;BR /&gt;I put in my address and it shows me 3 options&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Fibre Essential, Fibre 1 and Fibre 2&lt;BR /&gt;I click 'Checkout Now' on Fibre 2 which shows price of £30.99&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;It asks if I have a landline number, I say Yes, Enter Number and Postcode, Click Continue&lt;BR /&gt;Select my address, click continue&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It then directs me to a sign in page, this I am not sure why&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I had BT before many years ago so I entered my old log on details&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;It then sits trying to do something for about 30seconds&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I am then presented with a 'choose a package' page&lt;BR /&gt;Now on this page&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Fibre Essential is £39.72&lt;BR /&gt;Fibre 1 is £47.67&lt;BR /&gt;Fibre 2 is 52.98 (says it drops to £47.99 after 18months)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If i select Fibre 2 and continue I am then asked about line rental which shows as £28.40 per month and that there is also a BT Infinity Activation Charge of £49&lt;BR /&gt;I then have smart hub option and delivery charge of £7.95&lt;BR /&gt;Calling plan add-ons which I select 'No Thanks' to&lt;BR /&gt;EE TV option, which I select no thanks to&lt;BR /&gt;Mobile Plans which i select no to&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It then shows my order&lt;BR /&gt;One off payment of £56.95&lt;BR /&gt;Monthly Payment of £81.38&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;So not quite the £30.99 it started as, just doesn't seem right.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If I go to BT.com and try directly from there signed into my account and try to add broadband I just get&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;"Sorry the BT account number you've entered is not recognised"&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;So i think there is something wrong with my account maybe, is is possible to get BT account deleted so I can set it up again ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
