Does she qualify

I have BT's Social Tariff now for quiet some time but I've lost track as to what is available.

A friend has a serious mental health condition and survives on state benefit. She has not had the internet before, neither does she have a traditional phone but relies on her mobile.

So what would she want it for? TV, music, YouTube, internet, nothing out of the ordinary.

She lives in Northern Ireland and her family and friends live in the Irish Republic. I'm assuming she qualifies for the social tariff? What's the best option for her, who/how does she contact and how much will it cost per month?
