    <description>&lt;P&gt;I renewed my&amp;nbsp; Broadband contract which offered me 12 months xbox gamepass ultimate but have yet to receive any information on activating it. I contacted live support who said they would forward it to xbox but have heard nothing. Under my products it shows nothing about xbox gamepass only tnt sports, mobile and tv.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Would appreciate some support on getting this sorted its the main reason i renewed my contract&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
