Xbox Game Pass content Partner issue (another one!)

Hi there,

We've just had this package installed today and it comes with the 12months free Game Pass Ultimate.
I've had the text come through with instructions on how to get to it, but the Content Partner aspect doesn't exist in "Your Products".

Can you advise on how to get this sorted? Don't want to cancel/pause my existing payment with Microsoft until I have the code from BT 🙂
A PM from BT would be most welcome!
