They will be able to switch you to online billing only and check the BT ID issues you're having.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Anybody know how to switch back to online billing.&amp;nbsp; BT keep sending email of new bill notification to an old email address so I thought if I switch to paper and then back to online it would ask me to confirm the email address....NO!&amp;nbsp; Now no matter how many times I change it back to online only it changes back to online and post.&amp;nbsp; Worst thing as there going to charge ne £3.00 a month for their incompetence.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Anyone know why myBT app keeps telling me my BT ID doesn't exist and when I try to register it tells me it already exists?&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I can log in on a laptop using it but the app is total **bleep**.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
