    <description>I am having the same problem, but can't login on laptop or mobile using the app. I have tried reseting the password, it does not work so contacting BT on 0330 1234 150 and they say the problem is at their end and I waited 24 hours and was told I should be able to reset password nothing happened. So I telephoning them again.</description>
