Xbox game pass ultimate - unlink from xbox account

Seems to be a fairly common problem, I had 6 months xbox game pass ultimate which expired 6 weeks ago however I’m still not able to manage my own xbox account, would appreciate someone from BT unlinking it for me please? Thanks

Anyone from BT able to help here please? I’ve phoned customer services and was told they could not help me and I need to phone microsoft to get this unlinked? Seem to be getting the run around a bit, something I don’t have time for in my day!

Hi @klipse, sorry your account is locked to BT after the Game Pass has ended. Customer services should've referred this to the Xbox team for you.

I've sent you a Private Message so you can get in touch with the Mod team and we'll be happy to get this raised for you.
