BT Reward Card link not working

Hi, not sure if correct board for this or not, apologies if should be elsewhere. I have been trying to claim my BT Reward card (email received with link) but when clicking the link I am taken to the Reward Card page, I click 'claim your BT reward card or gift' to be taken to the BT homepage. Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks

Welcome to this user forum for BT Residential phone and broadband customers.

A recent post from a moderator recommended to try this.

"If you message us from the Contact Us pages a guide will be able to help you with that"

Give that a try.

Thanks, just contacted them and they sorted the claim, email confirmation received. Excellent service!! 👍
