&lt;P&gt;Its possible that your contract was extended if you made changes or upgraded your package.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Login to MyBT and see your list of orders, and see if there have been any since you started your contract.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Cancellation Fee</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have recently cancelled my BT contract which was set up in May 2022 and is a 24 month contract. However, when I received my final bill, it has a cancellation fee of around £360. Why have I been charged so much if it is a 24 month contract and if they signed me up for a rolling contract/ extended my contract, why did I have no communication about it via post/ email?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any feedback/ past experiences would be appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
