I need help creating a BT ID

Because of a technical issue I can't create a BT ID. I have tried multiple times to no avail and I need it to set up my broadband properly. Can someone please guide me through this?

Can't help with creating a BTID, but not sure what it is regarding setting up your broadband that you can't do because if lack of BTID.

You do not need a BTID to set up your Internet connection.

I'd like to have the account to make full use of the app and to set up the hybrid connect that I'd be receiving within the next couple of days.

No, you can set the Hybrid connect up without the MyBT app or a BTID.

What error are you getting when trying to set up your BTID?
