Hi All

I have had fibre CBT and splitter commissioned over 2 weeks ago houses 1-8 can order fibre but the rest of the street can’t and I know the splitter is commissioned (TMZCQEQC) when are we going to be able to order can’t believe it’s taking so long?

Have you actually tried to place an order with BT Residential, as without an order, Openreach will not do anything?

Use the address checker on the page below, and post the results, but edit out your address details first, but leave the exchange name and cabinet number showing.

Can’t place one getting annoying as stated first 8 houses can order but not rest of the street I know it’s all working and the splitter is commissioned as the first 8 houses can order

Is your house fed from the same CBT that the other 8 are?

Suddenly available to order yesterday morning oh well happier now just wait for a visit
