I live on a military base, currently BT is offering 2 packages, a "Pay as you go, MoD 30 Day voucher" for £12.99 every 30 days, or a "Pay monthly, MoD site subscription" for £16.80 a month, the descriptions are kinda lacking detail, and basically both say that I can connect up to 5 devices and download as much as I want, other than the subscription being auto renewing till cancelled I don't know what the difference is, surely there's something different for £40 a year difference?

I'm thinking maybe the Pay as you go/voucher one is just access to the BT/EE, and the other one is maybe somehow closer to a normal UK broadband?

If anyone knows or is able to clear stuff up for me I'd be grateful.
