when was your activation date? you need to wait at least the 14 days cooling off period before you can access your MYBT and look for content partners using pc/laptop not the app

it is past the cooling off time the link has been in my bt for weeks and does not work has not worked for months bt has untill tomorrow to give me a code or i will be going to cancel my broadband and to and will be going to virgin

If you cancel your contract, you will now have to pay the full cancellation charges, which would cost a lot of money.

no i wont not when you have a contract and your not getting what you have paid for you cant have the whole cake and eat it they are breaking the law

I think you will find that its not actually part of your contract. BT often have promotions which are not part of any contract, and are usually for a limited time.

Down in the small print of the terms and conditions is: "After the promotional period you will automatically be charged monthly (currently £10.00) unless you cancel your subscription. "

A moderator may be able to help with this.

you will find its part of the deal just like when you get a £125 card for joining try reading your contract would you go to a car dealership pay for a car and they give you a push bike ??

I have been out of contract for many years.

I think you will have to see if a moderator responds, assuming you have already tried calling or messaging BT.
