      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm attempting to activate my 6-month Xbox gaming pass offer under my account's products section, but it keeps telling me the service is in "maintenance".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"We're sorry the system is down for maintenance, you can submit your activation request by calling us on 0330 1234 150 choose option 1 and then option 2."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there anyone who can assist me in activating the offer?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;when was your activation date?&amp;nbsp; you need to wait until the 14 day cooling off period has passed and then access MYBT using pc/laptop not using the app&lt;/P&gt;</description>
