      <title>Account connected to email address issue</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I appear to have an issue with my email address being connected to old account numbers.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;This is because my account's were closed and a new one started when I renewed last year.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;It does of course mean that when I log in I can't see my bills.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Weirdly the My BT app seems to pick up the new account - but is buggy when trying to query back bills etc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How do I get this sorted?&amp;nbsp; Do I have to go through the phone lines or can it be done by anyone on here?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
